Hi

I need someone with a history in automation type of software. I want to develop a web program that gathers news articles and summarizes them. I will provide you with all details necessary to carry out this task. That is, you will not have to provide any part of the core algorithm. I will even have a PHP script that does about 50% of what needs to be done, so you can test your output against this script.

The suitable candidate should have lots of experience in C and PHP with some in Java and other languages.
