Custom Video Editing Application Development

This application will allow a user to import a video clip of the most common formats i.e. wmv or mpg and then using time codes edit the clip. It will also be important that this application be able to validate the user so this app is not shared. ## Deliverables The application will open and have a browse box so the user can select a movie from their harddrive they would like to edit. Once selected they will have the ability to create a new movie using the movie they selected by simply entering the time codes for example, they can say. 0:15 - 0:56 1:12 - 1:42 And the program will create one movie file that will only have the frames of the above times, they will be able to select up to 15 different time blocks. In addition they can go ahead and make loops for example 0:15 - 0:56 Loop 16 times That will create 16 copies of that time space and turn it into one movie. They can loop any space up to 35 times. Once done they can save the video to their local harddrive and name it whatever name they wish. It should work for WMV files Real player files and MPG files Securing so people do not share this software is very important, they should be forced to be online while using the software and a sysytem should prevent more then one person of using it, I am open to advice about this. They should be able to buy it online and be able to activate it right away.
