Create simple copy of a Software/Application for me.

Hi,

I would like to have a software similar to this:

The graphic interface should however be different, I will supply this. I just need someone who can code/programme the functionality of the software.

The outcome of the software will simply follow a chart that determines the result in a visualized way.

Please look at the video in the link above, as it should explain it much better than I could.
