Convert c++(MS Visual Studio 6) to VB.net

I have a small application written in c++ using Microsoft Visual Studio version 6. I need it converted to VB .NET. The application is about 450 lines of code including comments, structures and #defines. In other words its a tiny app. The application opens a UDP socket and sends a couple of messages and listens on a UDP socket for a few responses. ## Deliverables Attached is a zip of a complete MS Vis Studio Version 6 c++ Dialog application. The entire project must be re-created as a Visual Basic application using Microsoft .NET The programmer will be paid when the VB.NET application achieves the same functionality as the c++ project.
