Changes to C++ application

The HyBlue Sensor and Sensorwatchdog are two applications that run on all computers running HyBlue’s System Monitoring service. The Sensor, which runs as a service, is responsible for gathering information from the event stream, performance counters and registry and communicating that information back to the HyBlue Expert System via the Internet. This is sent as the [login to view URL] or buffer file. The sensorwatchdog is called from the LocalMachine\run registry entry and serves two purposes. The first is that the sensorwatchdog regularly checks the sensor service. If the sensorwatchdog sees that the sensor service has stopped the sensorwatchdog restarts the sensor service. Also, the sensorwatchdog is supposed to stop the sensor service every 24 hours with the clock starting on turn on of the computer. Modifications are required to the sensorwatchdog to improve its ability to ensure the sensor is running at all times. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Provide the services requested in the attached Functional requirement document. An overview is provided to acquant the developer with our system. The developer is welcome to download and install our Patch service which includes Remote Monitoring to familiarize themselves with our product. A development environment will be provided. ## Platform The sensorwatchdog is written in C++. The development environment includes both Visual Studio .NET and Visual Studio .NET 2003. I believe the development as all been in .NET, not .NET 2003
