COM Component CallBack to different applciation

I need one com component which should be written as service exe. This component should have CallBack mechanism (implementation of connection points) so that it can callback to multiple type of clients weather the client application is ASP.net web service or It is MFC client or It is C# client. You need to give me COM service exe with callback handling. And two client samples which will use this com component and able to receive call backs in both the application at the same time. when we call a method of com service from any of the client. Note: Com service should have single instance on the machine. when multiple clients use this com so please note? that com should not have multiple instance.
