A CMS for IPTV solution

Hi All I want to make a CMS software for IPTV solution on Ubuntu Os. It must make the following: 1 - Unlimited number of clients and channels. 2- A good Authentication 3- Produce OEM Vouchers having background logo with Subscription of 1 day (as trial) , 1 month, 3 months, 6 months , 12 [login to view URL] screen entering vouchers for renewing. 4- Billing system with on screen information for clients to renew before expiring. 5- Can Create resellers pages to control and renew their clients, with billing account and ballance. 6- Can Forward clients to free servers instead of croudy ones. 7- Can communicate with other created CMS in different locations. 8- Can create log and report for each admin who uses the system. 9- VOD (Video on Demand) for customers to choose videos from a library. 10- P2P between clients to reduce bandwidth at the servers. 11- Can create statistics for each server and its bandwidth usage,and what is the most watched channels. 12- Can create voucher's packages for example Arabic channels alone or Arabic + Turkish channels togather or each [login to view URL] a pricing for each package or 2 or 3 packages togather. 13- can show online customers , and from which servers they are taking. 14- Showing informations about streaming types and inputs and outputs. 15- any good idea will be appreciated
