convert html page to flash

Hi bidders, 1) I wish to have the browser page ([login to view URL]) for my product user manual (basic tree menu) edited to accept flash videos in lieu of avi's. Presently, the quicktime player is utilized to play the videos. I believe I can convert my avi files to swf files myself. If I cannot, I will later place another bid to have this done. There is an swf player(s) (musicplayer, musicplayer_f6) that was created for a different part of the manual (a movie-intro) that a coder created and placed in the same directory as my browser page which perhaps could be used to play these new flash videos. 2) I also want the user manual to be "autonomous" and not have to go to the www to fetch any files. Presently, it has to go out to fetch a [login to view URL] file. I tried to put this file in the same directory as the browser page but for some reason I could not get this to work. Can you make the necessary changes to enable this to work? Just fyi, I want this "autonomous" strategy to be fully used in 1) above as well. I included some images and three videos to enable you to test the browser page. The three videos may be found under "corner shot headers" in the manual, under "skills".
