DirectX Filters

Fellow Guru's, I require a few DirectX filters to: 1) Obtain the volume level of the stream and make it available somehow to be retrieved. This should be a filter to attach to other IBaseFilters and MediaTypes. Typically, it will be placed directly after the input filters. 2) Perform FFT on the stream in order to decode DTMF digits. The individual digit as it is decoded should be made available to be read. 3) Perform FFT on the stream to detect a single tone (68Hz - 180Hz) and "notch" the tone out.
