Hello, From the documentation you posted, there is no mention about changing mobile base stations, just changing IMEI. If this is what you need, you can accept my proposal. If you need to change the base station programatically, I can't provide such functionality. I'm experienced IT professional with more than 15 years in IT and telecommunications.
