Astrisk Developer - Attendance WebServer

Hello, We are looking for an Astrisk Developer (and php...). we have exsiting SQL database, with alot of tables inside it. one of the tables is contact info for each user we have inside our web-based program. what we need is that when a person calls from his phone numbers (which are listed in the contact info table), he hears a sound, meanwhile we will identify his CID (caller ID). if we could identify his CID from the 3 listed numbers for him, this user will need to insert a number he has. if both went well, we will need to move the call to record A, and the user will need to click on a number for approval. there will be 2 toggle records (we will define the developer with the rule for the toggling record). if the CID doesn't exsist in the contact info table, then we will hear record C and after that we will get a hangup. Remarks: 1. Everything should be listed in a SQL table for this need. 2. the table should be avilable in web-server 3. the system will work in SIP TRUNK What do we use?
