development help sql, asp, vb, javascript, xml

i am looking for some programming and mentoring help with an asp .net 2.0, visual basic, javascript, xml, windows 2003/ mssql server 2005 project i'm working on. i have some development experience in unix environments with perl and php and mySQL. i will be supporting this project and would like some help as i begin taking over various pieces of the project. i'm looking for someone to work with me reviewing the existing code and helping me fix and enhance some existing code and also write some new code. i would like to meet 2 times per week for 1.5 hours each time. 1 hour would be devoted to reviewing and then implementing the solution you've coded, and then .5 hour discussing the next issue. that would be a total 3 hours per week of meeting together. in addition to the 3 hours per week we would meet together, i would expect you to put in 9 hours researching, developing, and testing solutions to the issues we have identified in our meeting. the total commitment would be 12 hours per week - 3 with me and 9 on development. this would be an ongoing assignment over the next 25 weeks. 12 hrs x 10 weeks = 120 hours total we would be communicating using skype also with a screen sharing utility. i am looking for someone who has: (1) a good command of the english language (2) development experience with ASP, VB, .NET v2.0, javascript, XML, and SQL server 2005, windows server 2003 (3) is a good teacher and explains things well thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
