asp.net performance issue/dropdownlists

PLEASE ASK IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS! I HAVE LISTED THE DETAILS OF THIS PROJECT, please ask ALL questions before bidding. I already have much of the work done, but I have performance issues. Also, the tables need to be updated. PLEASE NOTE: THE ATTACHED ASPX FILES use master and child repeaters...if you know of a better method, by all means, please use it. I have provided my current source so you can see what I need. PLEASE NOTE: THE LOOK AND FEEL MUST BE THE SAME as the attached source. PLEASE DO NOT USE PAGINATION, ETC. to change how the page works or to increase efficiency! You can change the queries, change the repeaters to datagrids or *ANYTHING* TO make the page load faster and to save changes back. PLEASE NOTE: The database I'm using is Oracle...if you use SQL server, all you need to do is change the connection strings and replace all instances of Oracle with SQL. Please take a look at the zip file...it contains the source, tables, and complete description of what I need. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 server .net framework 1.1 regarding the performance issues, I do understand what is happening and the reasons (the query running each time to fill the dropdownlists, each dropdown getting populated by the database, etc.) What I need is a working, optimized page. Also the data in the dropdowns needs to be saved with a 'save all' button after any dropdowns are changed. Please review the requirements...I am not looking for a partial solution, rather a complete solution that works. If you are able to meet the requirements, please let me know. Also, I need a specific time as to when you can complete the requirements before I accept your bid. Thanks!
