Divx to DVD converter & burner

You must transfer all rights to me I need very simple Divx to DVD converter & burner. Just point on Divx file and the click burn. Should convert Divx to DVD and burn. After DVD is inserted to DVD player movie should start playing immediately. If movie longer than to fit one DVD should split movie and burn it on two DVD ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
