Developer Needed

Hello, We're growing our business at a rapid rate as of late and as such we're looking to expand our developer pool. As such we're looking for 3-4 freelancers to work with as we grow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years expierence working with all aspects of web design / graphic design. In order to be conisdered you must have the ability to work with php/asp/flash/mysql/oscommerce. However we're also demanding that the developer have some good graphic design skills as well. All freelancers are required to sign a binding contract for eash project they work and must make themselves available on msn / aim etc for communication methods along with a customer support email address with a response time of less than 24 hours. All projects are paid upon full completion of all the work requested in the technical documents within the contract. Please bid on what you would charge per hour. Also please provide links to show examples of the following work you have done: 1. Graphic Design 2. E-commerce applications 3. User level access applications 4. Portal Applications 5.
