Need a custom Intranet/Extranet to be used by employees and clients to view and retrieve documents, submit information and view information. We are looking for something similar to the services offered by [[url removed, login to view]][1]. Anther example is the VirtualConnect system located at [[url removed, login to view]][2].
Each client or employee will need to be able to access the site with a user name and password. The information seen by each user would need to depend on the user's security access. SSL would be prefered.
Clients would also need to be able to submit information on forms containing information particular to each client. Therefore, we would need a database to store client data. (Mysql). We need information submitted on these forms to be stored in the database, as well as emailed and possibly stored in a flat file for import into another program.
We need an admin area where the admin would be able to assign rights to certain areas, files and users as well as create, edit and delete users.
Our website host is [url removed, login to view], so this systems needs to be written to be compatible with their servers. They run PHP and I believe ASP, as well as Mysql.
Once created, we require the system be installed on our web server.
We are open to using an existing system if you have any suggestions, in which case we would need assistance in installation and configuration.
This system needs to be very professional and bug free.
We need this as soon as possible.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
