Custom Dating Site

I need a complete Internet dating site that includes a database (SQL Server), profile search, on-site messaging, chat, text/photo/audio/video member profile, member payment system, and a full administrative module, with security. Input from coder is very encouraged and will also be incorporated into the site. Site graphics need not be created, as I have multiple site designs available already. Development needs to be in ASP or ASP.NET, using SQL Server 2k, and full code documentation and commenting will be required for maintenance. Code needs to be easily maintainable and upgradeable (ie, uses include files, functions, comments, etc.). Upon completion of this project, all code developed becomes sole property of Premier MicroSolutions, LLC, to be maintained, sold, marketed, altered, etc. as we deem necessary. Since I have essentially no budget ($100 max) for this project, I am opening it up to anyone, rated or not rated, who wishes to get good exposure and a great review. Don't get me wrong, this project will warrant more than $100 work, but the review and exposure should add some more enticement. Strong English language skills a definite plus, and please when bidding on this project, do not cut and paste the same thing you say every time you bid on a project. I want to hear what you will do with my project, what you need from me, etc. I was burnt on this project last time I posted it, so I need it done ASAP. My deadline for the last project was Jan 31, but since that is unattainable, I would like to shoot for 2 weeks. Please include completion date in your proposal.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working site in ASP format as well as complete source code of all work done and complete backup of SQL Server 2000 database used for the site. 2) Complete documentation of all features of the site, including site administration and general use. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

All ASP code must run on IIS4+ on Windows 2000 server, and the database must be SQL Server 2000. The site must be viewable with IE 4+ and NS 4+.
