**Develop a skin for a Community server 2.0 installation** The skin should apply to all pages except user blogs. The Main design components are in one css file common.css. It should display and function in both the firefox 1.5+ and IE 5.0+, Internet, MS .Net platform, Community Server, CS 2.0 running under asp.net 1.1 You should have tested the skin fully locally before uploading it my site. The majority of the design work will be CSS but a knowledge of asp.net is necessary to place the controls that produce the menus.
