**Develop a skin for a Community server 2.0 installation**
The skin should apply to all pages except user blogs. The Main design components are in one css file common.css.
It should display and function in both the firefox 1.5+ and IE 5.0+, Internet, MS .Net platform, Community Server, CS 2.0 running under asp.net 1.1
You should have tested the skin fully locally before uploading it my site. The majority of the design work will be CSS but a knowledge of asp.net is necessary to place the controls that produce the menus. Written in asp.net, CSS design controls, no tables [[login to view URL] working draft][1]

You can signon under user name testuser pswd testuser and see some of the default skins that are available to use as models. Prepare at least one prototype design and adjust as necessary to obtain approval to proceed with development of working code.

All Changes to controls and css must be fully documented.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
