I will give a basic outline here, and we will work out details later. I have not decided whether to use PHP or ASP so bids on either/both will be appreciated. There are 5 basic parts that I need. 1. I need to have the five or so pages written that will call city, state, county data from database. Need to have a mod rewrite or similar device to make url's look static. And I need to be able to edit the surrounding html fields for my purposes, preferably (but not necessarily) through an interface that you create. 2. I need to have a page generated based on zip code when user enters a zip code. There will be 5 or so datafields that need to be randomly generated on this page in a list. 3. We will need to have a secure user database based on information entered by users; zip code, name, e-mail, etc. This information will have to be e-mailed to another set of users based on area code. (Database has area code for every zip code). 4. This user database will need to be accessed securely by another set of users (the ones who were e-mailed the data). 5. We will need a tracking system to see where users go (in the 5 or so pages) and a tracking for referring urls, and tracking urls, and possibly one that will report spiders activities.
