Cactushop design integration

I need a coder that can be available for work on a fairly regular basis to doCactushop integrations.

Basically, you would get a design comp (PSD) from me for the landing page, category page, and product page. You will slice the design to HTML/CSS. Of course the design should be optomized accordingly with text used instead of emages as neccessary and styles in CSS. You will then install Cactushop on your development server.

Once the design is integrated, we will request a few minor changes here and there such as font changes (CSS), color changes, etc until our client is happy. Normally not a lot of changes.

Please be proficient in Cactushop and experienced with working with ASP.

We will have future need as well for Cactushop integrations so, if all goes well you will have a lot of repeat business.

Each job must be presented neatly, and we advise you to document any changes that are significant in case we need to support our client or make any changes after the fact.

If you are qualified, please send samples of previous work. We are only insterested in seeing the parts of your work that are pertinent to this project. In other words, please don't send me any flash project or logo samples. It doesn't apply to this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
