Auto populate a web form fields from access table based on first selection for other fields

I have a web form (ASP) that posts to a dll that creates a pdf file. What I need help with is on the web form I have 4 fields that I want to populate from a small Access database. I want the user to choose the option of field one from a drop down, and then the three other fields auto populate from the access table based on the first selection. The form also has 4 rows, meaning the user can do the above up to 4 times. I have already setup the form with the datase connectivity, and the first drop down. I am not sure how to do the rest. You are free to modify the form as long as I still get my desired results. I am attaching a copy of the web form and access file. Hopefully that all makes sense. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
