Auto Tournament Website

THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL. I just want to know what options I will have avaiable if I would like to construct this website. Basically, it would be a tournament website with users able to form tournaments, create team and user profiles, and have custom prizes. Some other things included: Brackets, high security, flash navigation, easy template, and very dependable and functional database. Basically, whoever would contribute to this I would not pay one payment, instead, each contributor would be given a percent of the profit. Each tournament would have a set fee depending on the type of tournament (for example, 10 dollars to set a tournament up) For example, the database creator using PHP/MYSQL would be given 25 percent of each submission fee. The person who would manage the security of the site would be given 20 percent, ect... If this plan succeeds, then the profits could be upwards in the thousands of dollars. However, as I said, the project will not even start unless adequete developers are gathered.
