Ajax PHP or asp.net

I need a ajax based system that will server as a builder for amking a help system online. It will be similar to a chm or other help type things where you can see a tree of topic, expand nodes and then click to view text onthe right. I need this same type of system. it will have a admin login to be able to add new nodes and childern to the tree and text for each part if needed. I will give you the icons to use for the documents in the tree and the folders etc.. Let me know your ideas here i would like tiher php or asp.net wiht an ajax concept, meaning i want to be able to add mgmt to this system using javascript dhtml and things like that. If you know ajax then you knwo what i mean.
