ASP.NET Developer needed

I am looking for someone to build one piece of functionality for a site. If the work is of good quality, there is possibility for more work.

The attached document explains and shows what the application must do. Basically it is a calendar to indicate one's availability for a particular month.

The application must be done in ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000.

You must host the development and test environment on your own site. I should have access to validate the work by going to a URL.

Steps to develop:

1) User logs in with User Id and Password

2) Once authenticated, they are presented with a calendar for the upcoming month (if this month is June, they should see a calendar for July)

3) Each calendar day will have 3 checkboxes: am, pm, and eve. User can check any checkboxes

4) Each calendar will have a comments text box at the bottom for user to type in free-text comments

Upon hitting SUBMIT, the data is stored in the table/s shown in the document attached

More functionality to be built upon this. This is to evaluate coder's capabilities.

NOTE: There are two files attached. One shows screen mockups. Please feel free to make the calendar more attractive in your design. Another file is a data model. Please focus on the 'Availability' table - users will be stored in the 'Instructors' table.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
