ASP.NET 2.0 CMS System
Need a flexible content management system that will work for any type of layouts. I do not want something that just does left, middle, right, etc.
The system should easily be inserted into existing sites and not require all the pages to be rewritten to utilize the system.
I am familiar with Umbraco, AXCMS, DotNetNuke, etc.. and they do not do what I want for one reason or another...
Please send me proposal on what your architecture will look like for managing/editing content. And also an example of how a "page/template" would be designed for woking with your system.
System must also be able to work with XML or Sql Server by switching out the DataProvider for the system.
I want true seperation of content, layout and style so I don't want content tied completely to just page and control id.
Solution can not be anything copyrighted, etc...
Ultimately I would also want to use this system to allow end-users to login to my site, choose a template/design that they want and be able to build a site. Kind of Google Builder, GeoCitities, etc....
