ASP Form to Mail fix

I have a HTML form-to-mail that uses an ASP file with CDONTS to send me the content of the form. Lately I have been receiving the content of that form from multiple IP addresses and I suspect it is sent from zombie PCs. I'd like the form and ASP modified thus: 1. Insertion of code at the end of all cells to prevent code injection (for instance in the form of [email address + vbNewLine + "Bcc: spam email address"]). 2. Insertion of code to make sure that cells contain the type of data they are meant to contain and also that the string is of a reasonable length. If Cells must be filled, they must be filled, and if they need to contain only figures, then they cannot contain letters. 3. Implementation of a Captcha mechanism that will make it impossible for bots to send the form. The Captcha images must be very easy to read so that they won't scare off real users. I would like the ASP in two versions: one using CDONTS and the other CDOSYS.
