This project will be Phase 1 of a 4 phase website, sucessful completion of this project may entitle you to one-on-one bidding for the rest of the project.
**Description:**
Design a portion of the ASP based administration pages for a new e-commerce website. This portion includes adding products, tracking inventory, managing warehouses, and managing customers.
**Requirements:**
1. Design the application to the specifications provided in the attached file,
2. Ask questions, do not assume, I expect you to think and use your experience to make this a better project.
3. Project must be a standard ASP based site with no .NET
4. Do your best to make the site look good, and be as user friendly as possible.
5. Understand that the requirements are a guideline, some things may need to be added, or simply require common sense. If you have a question, ASK!

Here I will describe what I did today, I should have at least 3 lines per hour of work, the 3 lines are arial 12 pt on an 8.5 x 11 page with a 1" margin on each side.
7. You must provide a preview site where your progress can be monitored on a daily basis. We can provide a site if you need.
8. Project must be delivered by 1/31/2006 for initial client testing.

1. SQL Server database is already created, but does not have any stored procs yet.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
