**Overview:** This video application will use AJAX to query video search results from a dynamic XML feed. The user will be able to configure the terms displayed in the left hand navigation. These will be the search terms used. This project should be nearly ALL client side scripting except a single ASP page to pull xml cross domains.

**AJAX:** This will be an AJAX application that submits a query and generates a dynamic XML return.
**CSS**: CSS will be used for the layout of the screen.
**Cookies**: The list of search terms and the “recent searches?? will be stored locally as cookies.
**Work complete or samples available:**
**ASP:** A single server side page will need to be written in ASP to query the XML server which is on a different domain than the application. A sample of how to do this in ASP is available at: [login to view URL]
**Streaming Video:** Coder must have basic knowledge of embedded streaming media players. Player code is already available.
**Graphics:** Mock up is complete and graphics final in Photoshop.
**XML:** This does NOT need to be built already exists.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This will need to work in browsers supporting the XMLHTTPRequest Object. Specifically IE 5.0 and higher and Firefox 1.0 and higher.
