Comment System like yahoo

I'm looking for a comment system like yahoo, I attached a screenshot. I'm looking for plan text comments only, No BB code, HTML, or image in comments. List the number of comments and sort comments most popular, newest, oldest, most replied Post Comment Structure User image with screen name above it, Text box with Guidelines link above it and a post comment button. Comment Structure Display user image, screen name, how long ago it was posted, report abuse (link only), voting up or down. Comment limited to 5 rows then a "see more" button. If replies then auto show 3 replies then a "show more replies" button and "reply" button. if no replies the show "reply" button only. When you click "reply" reply needs to go away and show the leave a comment section. Leave a Comment User picture, text box, and post button. On load display up to 25 comments the a "more comments" button that displays up to 25 more each time its clicked. I don't need a login system. Thanks Richard
