Develop a Mac Application

Salon Software We require salon software to be designed compatible with macs and ipads. When we get a customer to the shop, they initially fill out a consultation form (will supply once job has been assigned), they are required to sign this as well. They then get their treatment done, and whatever treatment they have done is filled out on the form on side 2 by staff member. When the customer comes again in future then again the form is pulled out, they are asked if all there info is still up to date (eg allergies) and whatever treatment is done is filled out on the side 2 of this form again. We would like the customer to be able to fill out the form on the IPAD and sign/timestamp. We also want staff to be able to pull up the form when the customer comes in again of the ipad, ask customer to review there allergies etc, and sign/timestamp to say its all ok, and a time date stamp automatically created. Once the treatment is done, we would like the staff to fill in the part where they have had there treatment done. Also linking into this, certain treatments require patch test, so a method of Saying when a customer had a patch test for say tint, and then 24hrs later when a customer comes back, signature from customer to say they happy no reaction to it, time and date stamp auto. We also offer packages where they can buy 6 massages for £180, so would like a way each time a customer comes in, to sign on the ipad to say that they’ve had a treatment done, and also on this to state whether the amount has been paid yet. We also have laser hair removal customers that fill out form 2, again would like customer to sign, fill this out on ipads. The staff member must be able to bring up these customers details in future and be able to fill out the info on part two of this form on the software. Again we sell packagaes so a part where we can track if they have paid for package, and what number treatment they are on. We also have dermatude customers form 3, again would like this to be filled out on ipad by customer, again staff needs to be able to bring this up when they come in for there treatment, again we need record of payment received and which number treatment there on. We also do HD BROWS form4, again customer to fill out on ipad, then staff to be able to bring up and fill out when they come in for treatment. Again page for treatment paid and what number there on. 3d lipo form same as laser spec. form 5 We would also like a tab on customers files for taking pictures that will link to there files, which can be review at a later date, for example 3d lipo is weight loss, so customers like a picture when they started and the final treatment. We really want a simple layout as it’s a very busy salon. Would like all data to be safe on mac. Also a function when a customer is filling out there form or reviewing their form, they cannot use any other features on ipad or access other software features. Also want a database formed with the details, so we can send vouchers to customers on birthday via email or post. Would like out branding over the software and to be personalised to out salon.
