Hi, my name is Matt and am using D3.js for 2+ years now, created several custom scripts over Freelancer. I will enhance this bid when I go over attached document thoroughly yet I can say all points in it are doable. I currently have one project to finish and looking forward to help with this one. For now I have only one question - do you have a testing (staging) development environment for Neo4J or should it be created by freelancer (me if chosen)? I have no problem working with Neo4J Community Edition on this MacBook Pro. The subquestion related to D3.js is of course if everything is possible to implement with javascript (e.g. data sources are in formats suitable for D3.js e.g. JSON, XML, CSV and similar) or is there a need to preprocess data from the database (e.g. with PHP or Java on the server)?
