note: If you can prove experience with desktop AND windows mobile application development that is a definitive PRE in being selected for this project. 2 deliverables: see point 2a and 2b in the attached functional requirements document. Basic description of functions needed by me: - create an Windows Desktop application that runs on Windows XP/Vista/7 - create an Windows Mobile application that runs on Windows CE6 - load .CSV file - scan a barcode from within app - call webservice A to validate barcode and handle response - configure settings for app - search interface within app that calls webservice B or searches within .CSV to find results and handle response - implement some design See attached functional requirements for more detailed info. - source code must be delivered upon completion - demo version must be made available for me to test

I worked on windows ce and windows mobile with three different devices such as datalogic skorpio, Symbol, Dolphin. It was an application for scanning barcodes and gathering information about goods and send these info to a desktop application.
