Car rental hub website. 1 page and SEO

I would like a 1 page website built. It is Very Basic. I have the domain name. I just need the domain name up the top, and 2 sub headings "Leading Suppliers" and "Compare Car Rental Sites" and the design completed. Something simple. It will have banners under each heading linking to the banner site EG. under leading suppliers it will hopefully have Avis, Budget etc. Under Compare Car Rental Sites have banners to comparing car rental sites. I also need SEO completed. Also 1 button stating "Put your Banner on here." which open up a form and the Business fills out and it emails me to get their banner on the site.
