cakephp, .net, delphi team test project one week

We are looking for a team of programmers to work in one test project per one week, one programmer. We'll need 2 senior programmers to complete first real project a complex one for 1 month and a half or so, that would be extended. Help us to make selection process as easy as possible reading details and providing requested information. This is a request for a long term relationship. For the 1st project I will provide a lot of information, but for other projects you'll must to work with the customer directly or with not much [login to view URL] programmers assigned to projects must be people really experienced, real senior guys, able to ask what the customer forget, make projects from scratch and provide solutions to everything. If your idea of a complex application are a lot of CRUD interfaces, this is not for you. If you know how to make friendly interfaces with a lot of javascript, deal with complex business logic or build an ERP from the scratch you are what we're looking for. You must provide demostrable CakePHP, also Delphi and/or .Net programing skills building complex web, desktop and client server solutions, like ERP, CMS, Portals, shopping carts and others from scratch. Having experience in other frameworks and languages could be accepted if you did big, complex projects using those, but would like to work with listed before. A demonstrable experience in Drupal, mobile and cross platform including Mac would be great. Will sign a NDA agreement including rights transfer clauses.
