ArcGIS, Flex 3, and MSSQL Server map

We currently have an ArcGIS server with services already in place (Data stored in louisian north, state plane 1701, NAD83). We also have an MSSQL server with coordinates in decimal degrees (WGS84) stored in a database. A query will need to be written to filter and display only a portion of the coordinates as this will be a dynamic page, pulling coordinates from the database differently each time. We want to take the data from both areas and combine them in one map using FLEX. You can see an example of FLEX and ArcGIS at this link: [login to view URL] The coordinates stored in the database need to have a small popup when identified that gives the LAT, LONG, and Elevation. We also want to display the topo, image service, and streets buttons to toggle between. Feel free to ask any questions about the project.
