Convert Access Database to C#/WPF

Hi, I've been developing with WPF and MVVM for more than 2 years now, currently I'm maintaining a WPF back-end application for a retail company in the UK with a really similar technology stack as well. I'm posting a bid value that is a bit higher than your budget range because there's a lot of infrastructure code that needs to be developed for the first project, such as setting up auto migration strategy for the database, client-side validations, etc. Also I managed to run the attached application and see that there's also reporting involved so we're going to need a reporting infrastructure as well. Hello! I'm a senior .NET developer, with over 6 years experience in WPF area. Also experienced in EF, LINQ. Would you like a codefist approach, or database first (for the entity model). I would still need a working database file (Access one) to be able to review all VBA behind, queris and forms. I'm experienced in styling WPF (i.e. creating reusable resources to hold the styles), so if your team has other prioities on the list, perhaps you could leave it to me also (perhaps paying me to do so would be more efficient), but that is your private decision. We understand your requirements: 1) Rewrite the existing and attached Ms Access applications using C#/Windows Presentation Foundation. 2) In doing, so, the layout and integrity of the existing application and thus its functionality must be preserved to the maximum extent possible. 3) New application must run against SQL Server 2008, not Ms Access 4) Application development methodology must incorporate or apply the Model View View Modal (MVVP) application design pattern. 5). The desired technology is .Net Framework 4 6) The total hours worked during the project must be logged and submiited weekly as a timesheet as an integral part of the project work and contract obligation. 7) Weekly Project Progress Report must be submitted to you. My proposal is to develop the application using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate (which is my current primary development environment). I shall employ C# and WPF to prepare a replica of your application. My employment of MVVP for Telephony applications uniquely equips me to apply this pattern in the development of your application too along with strong SQL Server skills (Version 6 to Version 2008 R2).
