I require a professional developer in C# who has a full understanding of C#, WCF and MSSQL Server. I also require you to have an understanding of developing or programming voIP tools into the software you will work on building.
The right candidate will take on the task of working on an already develop chat system adding features and voice and video engine features to it.
If you can take on this project, you can bid on this project.
Please do not waste my time if you are new to all this or never done it before. You must be a self starter and problem solver, a pro-active person.....
Please note:
You need to have indepth understanding of C# and WCF and IIS 7.0 using Visual Studio 2008
You need to have understanding of how to develop voice and video engine
You need to have a full understanding of MSSQL Database structure

This is an already developed project I paid $400 to build this project, so I would never pay you $2000 to build the minor parts of it.
