Compose a Midi by ear for Piano

I need the following converted into two-handed piano midi file:

It has to be exactly as it's done in the video, or be pretty close to identical to the point you can't really tell. Most of the song repeats itself so it shouldn't be too hard to compose. If it's made more complicated to sound better, it might be too difficult to learn through Synthesia.
