we need an a B4A developer [login to view URL] to help us , the developer must have also knowlege of php and my sql. the trasmitter application is a location recording aplication with geofence. it will record and display on a google map the location of the phone over a spesfic interval e.g every 1 sec, or 2 sec this interval is going to be set up for every user seerately. speed must be recored and diplayed ( we want visual with google maps, and list view) also we would like to have all the device information that we can get from the phone. also we want a log to know each device when it is connected( date, time, ip) also we would like to store in the database the incoming and out going calls as well as sms. when user log in to the web page he must be able to selct and see the users he has put on the system, the user no1 must bbe able to see only the devices he puts on the system, the user numer 2 he must be able to see and control only his devise, use no 1 canot see the devices of user 2. user must have the ability to send a message to the other devices that are asossiateed. user must have exaration date when the exaration date is reaced they canot log ing to the system unless the administrators changes the date. when a user is out of the geofence an alert to the other user must be send. the user must be able to get screen shots from the other user he selects of the front and back camera. we require all source code of the app
