audio playing, recording, visualizing iphone and andriod app-2

This is an app that is to be created for iPhone and Android- I already have the app icon. I need someone to build an app that has 2 classes of pre-loaded audio. I will provide all the audio content. The app will have the functionality of overlaying one class of audio clips over a second class of audio clips (in tandem) whenever the user creates a playlist and plays it. All classes of audio clips are to play in a loop. I will also want functionality that can allow the user to pull in songs from their iTunes library, as well as recording functionality within the app. I will also want the ability for the user to tweak one of the classes of audio by speed or pitch. I also would like to have some sort of music visualization software used for one of the classes of audio if possible. I want a minimalist design, sort of like the Apple Music App- so I need a developer who also has some minimalist design experience. I am still working on the wireframes and will provide once it is completed. I will discuss the project in more detail once a person is selected. This iteration of the project will have no social component but it would be great to work with someone who has that skill set so that if I want to come back and build in that functionality I can work with the same person- this social capability is an optional skill that is not needed in this iteration of the project, but would be preferred.
