SCOPE OF PROPOSED INCOME AND EXPENSES APP
OUR NEEDS:
A simple inventory and cash management system for micro/small traders, which includes:
1. A USSD and android based app for customers who’d input their daily sales and expenditures. The app profit and also virtual savings.
2. The app should enable the customers to query their records.
3. A web app for platform admin, to be able to see customers/edit any details and view summary of customer details.
Initially we need a simple MVP. Once we test, the product will be enhanced with more features, which include ability to create actual cash savings among others.
USSD APP
● Login / Registration with Name and ID, Phone number and PIN and accept terms and conditions. Optional option for customer to input his/her goods during registration.
○ Forgot PIN reset option will be sent to the customer via his/her mobile number.
● Transactions
○ Enter Cash at beginning of day
○ Enter Income- sales, debt repaid, other
○ Enter expenses- purchase of goods, lunch, other
○ App calculates profit/loss and stores info
○ App calculates virtual savings based on the profit/loss and also updates customer credit score.
● MY ACCOUNT (app querries)
○ Request Statement
○ Savings Balance and also view Credit Score
○ Change PIN
● Contact customer care
WEB ADMIN PANEL
● Login
● Add / edit / block / delete users
● Add / edit / delete and communicate with customers
● View all records
○ Top customers revenue
○ Top customers by profits an also savings
