Noel Project 1

"Noel Project 1" is a mobile app project with a corresponding website that needs to be build in a progressive development language that supports rapid development, real time maintenance and update without interrupting user experience. The app is designed to be used in school environment, and students will be required to register by selecting their school they currently go to and the name of the counselor. On the other hand the app will maintain into districts, county and states, with associated zip code and school name. Students will be able to register by selecting any of the elements listed above in order to arrive to an associated school. Each student upon successful registration, can be able to send a private massage to the counselor, or designated person in a school who is responsible of handling such postings. When such posting is sent by a student to the appropriate person, it will also provide the individual with that students personal information. Once communication is initiated, the counsel can initiate a private counseling process with the student to help address the issue raised. Therefore in summary the app allows schools to register, and students will also register to the associated school, create private communication with a counselor or seek public assistance where the information will be posted under an alias name or screen name, and if there is no screen name, the massage will be posted as "anonymous". All communication will be stored fora period of time, even deleted communication can be retrieved by an administrator, if they need to be reviewed. We need both an app as well as corresponding website that is mobile friendly. Detail requirements will be provided to the selected contractor for further bonding and planing. We are looking for someone who is experienced in developing database app using more rapid development tools that are flexible for further growth, and change of business model without interrupting user experience.
