Design Android UI for local business

We require Eclipse Android UI project for a local food-market. Business logic of the application is going to be implemented by our engineers, we just need a designer to create project in Eclipse, design UI with native Android SDK ( no webview and HTML sources , or use them only if you are certain it fits the best ). You can use dummy firm logo, dummy images and texts ( ie Lorem ipsum ). They are going to be replaced by our developers later on. The project consists of 2 steps: 1 - Freelancer ( you ) develops UI of the required pages and hands in the eclipse project. 2- Our developers implement business logic and develops on top of what freelancer created. 3- Final integration takes place with our developers working with Freelancer ( if it is necessary. At this point we are going to pay hourly fee. 15$ per hour. ) ---------------- About application: It is going to be a local application of users sharing what they are eating by taking pictures and adding comments. Also users can give points to what they are currently eating and then sharing it with along with the restaurant they are in. ( We will use gps coordinates to determine the location. ) We want user to take a picture of what he/she is eating, Write some comments about the dish and restaurant , give points based on taste, serving, service speed and hygiene by using sliders or stars ( we are giving this responsibility to UI developer, whichever fits best for the sake of aesthetics. ) Those posts are going to be seen on the main page ( ie when the application runs after splash screen ) and users can see average points of the post and like count. Users can touch on posts on the main page, see the details and the picture of the post, type comments and like or dislike the post. Users can search for posts in the main page by typing keywords based on location, post, or poster ( the person who feeds the post in the first place ) . Users can also follow other users, get notified when they post something new ( notification back-end will be developed by us, however how notifications are going to be seen in-app is UI developers responsibility. ) Users can send messages to other users, hence there needs a UI panel showing messages, follows on every page. Finally there must be a settings screen where user can configure app. --------------- Required screens: - Splash screen. Dummy logo and texting about app. - Main screen: Various dummy posts with average points, like&dislike count and location of the post. Search interface on top ( or bottom if UI designer feels that is better ) - Pre-Post screen: Whenever user decides to make a post, she/he takes picture which this picture of dish is shown, along with an area to feed comments, give points to various stuff based on the service ( described above ) - Post Screen: Screen whenever user clicks on the post at main page, picture, comment and given points to the dish. User can add comments to post, like or dislike the post here. - Settings screen: where user can modify options of the app. ( Dummy settings can be shown with on-off buttons ) - Messaging screen : User can view incoming messages, find poster to send message or respond to incoming messages. -------- How to deliver project: Once you take the job, we expect you to finish given requirements above, application should be fully functional with dummy images, posts and texts. Time is not flexible and job is going to be considered done whenever our developers can successfully import the project you provided and test it on various Android machines. Targeted devices are 4 to 5.5 inch phones mainly but we expect the UI to be seem acceptable on large Android tablets as well. Then payment takes place however as we mentioned before, we expect UI developer to stay in touch with future additions as we are going to pay for future extensions. Thanks in advance.
