Custom Mobile App - Highly skilled IOS Developer

Need a custom mobile app created quickly. I need someone who is very experienced in iOS to create a nice looking mobile app that has some collaborative and share features. APP DESCRIPTION: We are building a tool to communicate among small groups of people. The ability to create a file, save to .WAV or MP3 and share via email is key. Also, lists will of the files will need to play sequentially or in any order within the app, and when started by one person they will simultaneously play on everyone's devices. Lists should have information associated with them, and be saved to iCloud and recalled any time. Log on with FB, Twitter or create an account. Assign other app users to the same group, so that the files may be heard at once. We would like push notifications, data storage, social integration, and more- Using Parse. Finally, we will start things off with a few simple tests (creating/delivering our app’s icon and a “Hello, World!” app with the basic app structure) before coding begins, to assess workflow. After that we will provide a wireframe, and and the following Milestones will be established: You MUST use Test Flight to deliver the app, and be willing to place our code on BitBucket. You must sign our NDA. Requirements: Someone who can not only program but do UI design. Someone with a few hundred of hours and 5 star work. Someone who communicated well in English Someone who includes as many revisions as it takes to get it right. Someone who knows Parse.
