Create a custom Android CyanogenMod

Create a custom android CyanogenMod build to run a restricted business app on Nexus 5 phones. We would like a bare-bone OS that with the following requirements:

1) Boot directly to our app

2) Improve the battery life by removing all not required background process

3) Hide the system bars globally to give app more real estate.
