Responsive Desktop, Mobile and App development. We would like it designed and built. We're looking for an individual or a firm that can take on a multifaceted and long-term project through the creation of a unique code with a three way interface accessibility (desktop, mobile, app). The first phase is the creation of a responsive desktop and mobile interface for two domains using the same underpinning code mentioned above followed by the development of their apps. The industries we're targeting are different but we'll be using the same method as [login to view URL] This requires great engineering/coding skills as this project is not envisaged to be a simple cut and paste template exercise. Rather, the engineer is meant to design, oversee, and manage the programmes independently. Security and relevant industry standard compliance is key. It's a new start-up with minimal capital expenditure budget. The idea is to residually bootstrap the enterprise via operating revenue. As the enterprise is subject to meeting sales targets on our part and is heavily dependant on relevant industry partnerships and service take up, we're confident we'll have decent operating margins to work with. We're looking for highly engaged and highly flexible bidders who can provide all round technical advice, write proposals, clearly outline ideas and implement upon them within a timely fashion. Please note: if you're a new or otherwise the type of bidder for whom freelance bidding is bread and butter, we wish you all the best but that's not for us. You must showcase not only academic skills but also technical skills for the work to be undertaken. You must also be proficient in English and be available on Skype or relevant voip interfaces. You should even be prepared to travel for any necessary meet ups. We will not be paying any lump sum, rather milestones will be created to highlight the multifaceted nature of the project.
