Create a Mobile Website

I need the attached graphics (note they're not PSD, just some quick work in MS Paint) turned into mobile landing pages, compliant particularly with the following browsers (based on Google Analytics): - Safari version 6+ (for iPhones) - Chrome 41 and 42 (34 would be nice to have, it randomly has a decent percent - of our traffic on it) - for Android e.g. Galaxy S5/S4 - Firefox 36+ (again, for mobile phones) Other important notes: 1. The attached screenshots are 300px wide. That was a little mistake on my part. If you can make the default 314 and do another version that is defaulted to 354 (we have a lot of 360 and 375px wide screens), with auto-detection to show the right version, that would be great. With the extra pixels I'd like the content area to just be widened, as opposed to giving more pixels to the background. However for the header section, the logo and text should remain the same size and remain centered, just give the extra pixels to whitespace on either side. 2. You'll see there are two rectangular table areas with choices of speed (the site's for a lawyer handling speeding ticket cases). The idea is for these to be radio buttons that are styled to look slightly glossy/3d. And they should not have the usual "blank circle" next to them. The idea is they're part of a form that gets submitted with POST. 3. I have a corresponding desktop page that needs tweaking to look right on 1024x768 screens, and 768x1024. Browsers /OSes: Safari 6-8 (iPad) Chrome 41, 42 IE 8-11 Firefox 36 & 37 I again would like the switching between the sizes to be automatic. The page, as it is, is attached ([login to view URL]) so you can see what's involved. Note it has a background texture that I don't want implemented for the mobile page. 4. So the total number of sizes to switch between is as follows: - 1200px wide and up - 1024px wide to 1199 - 768x1024 (I think these are iPads in landscape mode, so key here is to look good in Safari) - 360px wide to 460 inclusively - 320px wide to 359. IMPORTANT: PLEASE paraphrase (you can be briefer than the above) your understanding of the project in your bid. This ensures we're on the same page. Budget: Somewhere between $150 - $300, $350. Don't bother bidding more, you won't get the project.
