I need a native app. It should target all mobile devices. I would like it designed and coded as a clone of the app snap send solve. The app must be able to report on matters flagged by the user as being completed for example, that the construction of a project has met a milestone. The app will then send an email to a relevant party based on the location of the device. For example, the GPS is poled and shows that the relevant street address is 1 Ann Street, Brisbane, the notification produced by the app will be emailed to the Brisbane City Council. for examples of the format check out [login to view URL]
