Build iPhone/iPad 2-Screens app (Push notifications-Connect to server)

I need a native app. It should target iPhones or iPads. the main features are: -To use push notification service so I can send notification to the device I want. -To contact my server via GET/POST http connections. All the designs and all the API calls are you going to be provided for the winner bidder. Also there's and already developed Android version of the app but not published yet and I will give you the download link if you like to make such app. If you can develop for WP too you will be awarder another project if you delivered this one soon. Maximum allowed time is 12 days. I will be online most of the time. **NOTE: no milestone is going to be released before I test the push notification ability in my own iPhone with this app. after that I will release the 1/3 of the milestone and then gradually release the other milestones.
