Build an Translating IOS APP

Basically the app must have a group chat where the user can select the end date of a group and the group gets deleted after that day user has the ability to select the group language where all the messages will be translated into selected language
Build a basic working model with good UI using Parse or any other.
Must be using swift 2.3 which uses previous xcode version.
Must work on Ipad
